The document for beneficiaries of temporary protection is valid for another year

As the annual date marking the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war 3 years ago is approaching, we would like to inform our esteemed clients that the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing will continue to fulfil its obligations as an authority, as well as an assistance and care provider. Please note that the Government Decree in effect has already extended the validity period of the documents proving the personal identity and right of residence of beneficiaries of temporary protection by another year, up until 4 March 2026. Beneficiaries of temporary protection status who are holders of a document issued for beneficiaries of temporary protection during the previous years of the war are not required to take further actions as the validity period of all such documents have been extended by virtue of law. Instead of the physically indicated date of expiry, the date of expiry of these documents is 4 March 2026.

Звертаємо увагу, що раніше термін дії документа, що посвідчує особу, та право власності шукачів притулку було продовжено ще на один рік, до 4 березня 2026 року.

Особам, які мають документи про статус біжинця, виданий у минули роки війни, не потрібно ничого робити, тому що термін дії всіх документів продовжено силою закону.

Термін дії документів замість фізично відображеного терміну дії, буде до 4 березня 2026 року.
