A Decree of the Ministry for National Economy has been issued
The maximum number of residence permits for the purpose of employment and residence permits for guest workers that may be issued in Hungary in 2026 for employment purposes under a single application procedure is 35,000. (Ministry for National Economy Decree no. 35/2025 (of 3 December))
